Reporting an error
Use our contact form and choose 'Correction request'. Include the article link and the specific error.
How we respond
We review every request. Material errors in our own content are corrected promptly with a dated correction note at the foot of the article. Where a third-party source updates or withdraws its report, we update or remove our summary. Articles that cannot stand are retracted and marked as such rather than silently deleted.
