Around 1:40pm Sunday, December 26 in Fayette, seven people were shot at a party.
Multiple calls were made about a shooting that resulted in Jefferson County deputies responding.
Marcus Smith, 18 of Fayette, has been arrested and charged with the shooting.
No deaths were reported. All seven were taken to a local hospital.
