Insane Execution request gets a Mississippi attorney to suggest dismissal to supreme court

Execution request

The supreme court has received an insane execution request from a Mississippi death row inmate.

A Mississippi attorney has petition in the supreme court to dismiss it.

Handwritten Letter

A handwritten letter was sent last week, requested by inmate Blayde Nathaniel Grayson.

In a separate letter, Attorney David Voisin told justices about Grayson’s pending appeal in federal court.

This is the reason Voisin asked justices to disregard Grayson’s dismissal request.

Murder Conviction

In 1997, Grayson was convicted of capital murder in the 1996 stabbing of a 78-year-old elderly woman during the robbery and break-in of her home.

Last month, Mississippi executed an inmate after his surrender of all of his appeals.
