An Alabama woman, Corine Campbell of Saraland, pleaded guilty Monday to helping create fraudulent federal pandemic relief applications for over $1 million.
Over 50 bogus applications were filed.
Reports show that the case started when a prison inmate filed a bogus claim of $21,000 which gave the idea to Corine Campbell.
